Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
Client cancellations are non-refundable. A client may elect to reschedule their booking for a full credit but must do so at least 24 hours prior to the rental to receive a credit.
Weather Cancellations
We have several vehicles that will not go out in the event of inclement weather. The exact weather policy differs from vehicle to vehicle. (Please see each vehicle's individual page for their weather policy information.) Our drivers use their best judgement to ensure that completing the rental is safe for both the client and the vehicle. If UVC cancels the rental due to weather, the client will receive their choice of a full refund or a credit to reschedule. The credit must be used within 90 days.
Mechanical Issue Cancellations
In dealing with classic cars, mechanical issues can and do occur. We do our absolute best to ensure that each vehicle is maintained to the highest standards to ensure that mechanical issues do not occur. Unfortunately, mechanical issues cannot always be prevented or anticipated. In the case of a mechanical issue cancellation, the client will receive their choice of a full refund or a credit to reschedule. The credit must be used within 90 days.
